After several years of experience as an HR Manager, I have developed a deep understanding of workforce dynamics, employee development, and talent management. My role involved not just recruiting and retaining top talent but also helping individuals grow within organizations. This exposure ignited a passion for guiding people in their career journeys—helping them find purpose, direction, and fulfillment in their work lives.

Recognizing this passion, I made a deliberate shift toward career counselling—a field where I could directly impact individuals at a personal and professional crossroads. My background in HR has provided a strong foundation: I bring insights into employer expectations, industry trends, skill requirements, and behavioral assessments, all of which enrich the guidance I provide.
