I have been serving as a faculty member in the Department of Information Technology at Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad, since 2017, and I currently hold the position of Dean – Outreach. With over 16 years of teaching experience in India and the UK, I have taken up several leadership and mentoring roles focused on student development. I served as In-charge Head of the Department of CSE (Data Science) from 2023 to 2025, have been an Innovation Ambassador for the Institution’s Innovation Council since 2022, and have been actively working as a Career Counsellor since 2025.

I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Engineering in 2024, with my research centered on Emotional Intelligence and its role in personal, academic, and professional growth. I also hold an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Information Technology.

As a Senior Member of IEEE, I have been involved in mentoring and organizing various IEEE, IIC, and outreach initiatives, including guest lectures, hackathons, workshops, and FDPs. My research and counselling approach integrates technology, emotional intelligence, and career guidance, aiming to help students make informed decisions, build confidence, and achieve holistic success.
