With over seven years of experience in education and training, she has worked with 500+ students, school learners, working professionals, and corporate clients, supporting them in building communication skills, confidence, and academic excellence.
Her experience in education provided her with a deeper understanding of the challenges students and professionals face while making career decisions. This inspired her to expand into career counselling with the belief that every individual deserves guidance tailored to their unique strengths, aspirations, and circumstances.
Her counselling philosophy is centered around understanding the individual before recommending a direction. Through active listening, personalised mentoring, structured discussions, and evidence-informed assessments, she helps clients gain clarity about their interests, abilities, personality, learning preferences, motivations, and long-term goals.
