MindUnbox seeks to simplify the process of career counselling by ensuring accessibility and ease of understanding. The counselling process with an individual consists of a three-step process allowing individuals to discuss and deliberate upon choices aided by typical guidance at every step. The aim is not only to suggest a suitable career choice but also guide individuals completely to the end of the process. Dr. Anindita Ghosh, a PhD from IIM Ranchi in the area of Human Resources, comes with an experience of over 20 years in the field of career coaching, mentoring and academia. Her experience with over 5000 students during this period gives her an astute sense of student psychology and motivation. Under her able guidance, many students have made it to the top-notch colleges in the country such as the prestigious IIMs and the National Law Universities to name a few.
Dr. Anindita also brings a diversity of work experience from myriad fields such as banking, advertising, sales and domain knowledge in areas such as business management, advertising and hotel management.
The bandwidth of knowledge and experience that she brings to the table qualifies her to vividly understand the career needs of individuals and advise them accordingly. Her practical know-how infuses greater trust with her suggestions as it is based on first-hand information.
She is known to be a very warm, affectionate and approachable person with a penchant for listening to peoples issues and addressing them appropriately.
