In 2012, I  started on this path of developing children, enabling children with skills out of my passion to make a difference in a child’s life. It all started with my primary need to develop my own two children to be out-of-the-box thinkers and excel in their achievements - academics, sports, co-curriculars. I was looking for a specific kind of service which I did not find around me and so decided to start this on my own. Moving out of my nearly two decades long corporate career, I launched my centre for smart skill development in children and to make them think out-of-the-box. I have impacted close to 8000 students - directly and indirectly. I am pursuing my passion to provide guidance to children, students and parents - that empowers them to achieve their optimum by helping them choose the best suited stream  and career options.
