About The Counsellor
My name is Shivika Batra, and with around 12 years of experience in the education sector, I have gained a deep understanding of the critical need for career counseling. I belong to a generation where career guidance was either not considered important or perhaps didn’t even exist, and as a result, I faced significant challenges in navigating my professional path. These experiences have fueled my passion for ensuring that today’s youth have the guidance and support they need to make informed and confident career decisions. This has become my passion and a need of satisfaction too.
