With a doctorate in Positive Psychology, I bring strong academic foundation combined with years of diverse practical experience in the field of counselling and education. Over the years I have worked as a school counsellor, a psychologist at an SSB academy and as a faculty member at MCM DAV college and Panjal University, giving me the privilege of guiding individuals across different stages of life. Beyond formal roles, I have conducted a wide range of workshops for students, professionals and organisations , all of which have been received with great appreciation. My work also extends to designing and implementing intervention programs, ensuring measurable outcomes in growth, confidence and emotional well-being. These experiences allow me to understand the unique challenges individuals face- whether in academics, career choices or professional transitions- and to provide them with personalised strategies that not only bring clarity but also uplift their overall mindset.
