I am a seasoned career counselor, soft skills trainer, and an Indian Air Force veteran with 14 years of service. My journey has taken me from the discipline and leadership of the armed forces to the world of career guidance, where I help students and defense aspirants make informed decisions about their futures.

As a former Air Traffic Control (ATC) officer in the Indian Air Force, I have handled high-pressure situations, made split-second decisions, and led teams with precision. My experience in the military has shaped my ability to mentor individuals with clarity, confidence, and strategic thinking.

Before joining the Air Force, I worked as a PR consultant, giving me insights into the corporate world.
